Parents/guardians may request proxy access in our office to enable use of the MyNM Patient Portal for your child. Please ask to establish proxy access at check in or check out at your child’s visit.
You will be asked to fill out a simple form and our team will process your proxy access in follow-up. Please note that both the child and the parent/guardian must be present.
