Sending Messages in MyNM
If you send a message through MyNM, allow at least 2 business days for a reply.
Please note: You may have to pay for professional services that we deliver via a MyNM message.
MyNM Proxy Access
Parents/guardians can request access to their child’s MyNM account. There are 2 ways to set up proxy access:
Both the child and the parent/guardian must be present when you submit the form. For teenagers, we require your signature and theirs.

- Communicate with your child’s care team
- Schedule appointments
- Pay your bill
Sending Messages in MyNM
If you send a message through MyNM, allow at least 2 business days for a reply.
- Do not send urgent messages through MyNM.
- If you need immediate help from a member of your child’s care team, please call their office.
- If your child has a life-threatening illness or injury, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.

- Ask for the form to set up proxy access at your child’s next visit.
- Download the form, complete it and bring it to your child’s next visit.
Both the child and the parent/guardian must be present when you submit the form. For teenagers, we require your signature and theirs.
